Perhaps a gin cocktail for your Friday? I mixed this one up the other night for my fellow Ladies Adovcating Respectable Cocktails. dailylarc: This month’s theme was Gin, so I decided to share one of my favorite gin cocktails with the ladies. May I present to you: La Bicyclette Recipe courtesy of Jamie Boudreau 1 ½ oz Plymouth gin¾ oz sweet vermouth (I used: Cinzano Rosso)¼ oz St. Germain2 dashes peach bitters (I used Fee’s) Place all into an iced mixing glass and stir Strain into a cocktail glass (optional: serve in a Kate Spade glass as pictured) Garnish with a lemon twist (photo via thaumatrope)
